Endurance, chaffing and stopwatches, who says art is not about competition. If we really face it we’re all just looking for our personal best. Some called it ‘live art’, others a bus stop, we preferred to think of it as a revolution in live goods distribution.
In the summer of 2006 ITUG made themselves available for public exploitation for the good of The Next Wave Festival and the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. Principal tuggers included Jason Maling, Briele Hansen, Robin Hely, Duncan Macgregor, and Harriet Turnbull. As well as anybody else we could bribe to take the heavy jobs.
